Recording and Diagnostics
For troubleshooting and technical support purposes these options may be of assistance.
You can begin manually recording camera video by pressing the Start button under Video Recording. Video recording will cease after an hour passes or when the Stop button is pressed.
After manually recording video, you can download it.
- Select the Download Annotated Video link to download the annotated .mp4 file including the calibrated lane markings overlay.
- Select the Download Unannotated Video link to download the .mp4 file without any additional data overlay.
If we ask a system owner or administrator to use these tools, we will explain how to capture diagnostics information, which you can send to TrafficVision for analysis.
Diagnostics Settings exist primarily for troubleshooting. They enable a system owner or administrator to gather diagnostic information, usually under the guidance of TrafficVision Technical Support. The section on the Video tab that contains these controls can be collapsed/hidden for normal traffic monitoring operations.
