Refreshing a Camera Connection
In the Video tab for each camera, a Troubleshooting subtab is available.
Select the Troubleshooting subtab, and you will see the Refresh Camera Connection button at the top.
Using the Refresh Camera Connection button may help if the video picture for a camera is:
- Stalled
- Missing part or all of its calibration overlay graphics
- Behaving unusually in any other way
Clicking this button does not actually affect the physical camera, its calibration or data collection settings. It simply refreshes the camera’s connection to the TMC Web Application.
After you click the Refresh Camera Connection button, it may take a few moments for all the features to refresh in the camera video picture.
