Email Notifications

Notification of incidents can be sent via email as well as by sms to specific carriers. To navigate to Email Notifications open the Account Menu dropdown and select Email Notifications.

There are three areas that will need to be filled out in order to recieve email notifications:

• Recipients Groups are lists of email addresses to send notifications to
• Email Rules are the conditions under which to send notifications.
• Camera Groups will be applied in Email Rules. At least one Camera Group must be created before email notifications can be set up.

If hosted on premise TrafficVision can send alerts in accordance with your IT department. Contact Support@TrafficVision.com for assistance setting this up.

If hosted in a cloud instace then TrafficVision will send alerts automatically upon setup.
